Returns and Refunds
- If any item you have received is damaged or faulty, please send us an email at with your order details along with photos of the damage/fault so we can sort it for you.
- Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed – within 14 days of receipt of item.
- Postage fees paid at time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Returns can be tracked with the tracking number via the AusPost website here.
- We aim to process all returns within 2 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return.
- Please email prior to initiating a return if you believe the product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
Exchanges
- If your item is not quite the right size, we will exchange for another size free of charge.
- You will be charged postage costs to have the item returned to you.
- Item(s) will be dispatched once your original return has been received.
